有些不太清楚的地方想要PO上板请教
因为是新手，还请多多指教及体谅～
这次翻译的是一个独木舟活动的活动声明及参加同意书
以下是本文
本人了解活动期间，领队及教练会进行正确之技术教学以及详尽的安全解说，并有合
格救生员在现场维护活动安全。同时ＸＸＸ有限公司已为所有的学员投保100万元之意
外险及10万元之医疗险，并且提供必要之活动器材及安全装备，包括独木舟、桨、救生衣
等。若因不遵守领队及教练的指示、自己的疏忽、擅自行动、未穿着救生衣、器材使用不
当或其他不可抗力之因素而发生危险意外时，本人及法定监护人将不会对ＸＸＸ有限公
司以及活动相关之领队、教练和工作人员提出法律诉讼以及损害赔偿之要求。

I understand that during the activity, the guide and coach will provide
accurate tutorial on technical skills and detailed safety guidelines.
Moreover, there will be qualified lifeguards to maintain safety.
Simultaneously, ＸＸＸ, Co., Ltd. (ＸＸＸ有限公司) has
issued a casualty insurance of 100,000 NTD and a health insurance of 10,000
NTD for all the participants, and will provide necessary activity and safety
equipment, including kayak, paddle, and lifejacket. In cases of accident due
to disobeying the guide and coach’s directions, my negligent act, actions of
my own, not wearing lifejacket, improper usage of equipment, or other force
of majeure, my guardian and I will not file a lawsuit against, or request for
damages from ＸＸＸ, Co., Ltd. (ＸＸＸ有限公司), and,
guide, coach and staffs related to the activity.

但目前困惑的问题是公司名称英文翻译后面要不要加上中文
还有不可抗力之因素的英文翻译，在这里可以翻成 force of majeure吗？
请问其他还有什么需要注意的呢？（尤其在句子通顺跟文法方面... > <）
