for a long time.
(二)台湾今年五月中旬受邀以观察员身分出席第62届世界卫生大会(WHA)，这是台湾退出
联合国38年后首次参与联合国体系的正式会议。
Taiwan is invited to attend the 62nd World Health Assembly (WHA) as a
observer in mid-May, this year, which is the first time Taiwan joins the
formal conference of system of UN after withdrawal from the UN 38 years.
