补助训练之外，韩国政府还针对29岁以下青年，进行海外工作媒合，以及2到3年的海外实
习机会。就连要到海外就业训练，韩国政府也提供往返机票。
Besides the training allowance, the Korean government also aims at the
teenagers below 29-year-old providing overseas jobs matching and two or three
years’ intern chances. Even if they need to be trained abroad, the
government would furnish them round-trip tickets.
这些，都是2008年，韩国前总统李明博提出的“全球青年领袖养成事业计划”。计划的目
标是在5年内，培养10万青年大军──海外实习3万、海外志工2万，以及海外就业者5万人
。
All of these are the “Global Youth Leader Program” which had been proposed
by Li Mying-bo, Former South Korean President, in 2008. The objective of this
program intends to train 100,000 youths within five years
