说一说很快看过的几个地方，推文太累了干脆回了，请随便参考看看 :)
1. navigate arbitrary corporate hierarchies 在无理可循的企业阶层里小心摸索出路
（arbitrary: 没道理可言，随意，随机，任意，人家高兴怎么定规矩就怎么定；一不小
心就被译成武断（如洪兰）、专制）
3. comes with weathering rejections 忍痛挨过一次次被拒绝，但免不了伴随而来的情
绪大乱
有个地方你没问但很重要：aren't being honest with themselves about WHAT they
actually want that bad 不够坦诚自己多么想要 (how bad they want) => 没老实想一
想，自己想要得要命的东西到底 是 什 么 （这个 what 和后来一段里的 fantasy 呼应
：原来或许你所要的其实只是不用努力就可以有的“幻想”而已，而非那些必有痛苦伴随
的好东西）
4. 励志的大众心理学会说：You've just got to want it enough! 你必得要很用力想要
才行！作者说：那只对一半，重点是你能不能也接受痛苦。能接受痛苦的程度，才真正定
义了你想要那些好东西的程度，所以不仅只是“够”想要就够了。你最后加“……就做得
到”并没错，但不加无妨。
