j大的这篇文下,有人提到Dr. Fung 也说要2-3g on eating days. 这让我很疑惑,因为记得 Leo 大翻译的影片中,Fung的数据说每天吃500卡的长期断食,那些人只有早期掉一点肉,后来就稳定了。
