因工作需求需要与外国人以信件往返沟通确认一些事项，并且需要翻成中文作为记录
留存，但是对方的其中一段话我无法完全确定它的意思，更无法确定自己是否有翻好

问题在于，当设计者要去设计基础要求，并需要考量长期退化的不确定性时，实际上设
