Not fellow worker, Not my colleague, Not associate.各种说法很多, 端看是口语或正式文件场合使用...

也可能可以用a third party (譬如新人和公司签约时)

belong 前面不应使用 is...你可以说: ppl outside of the company翻译文件中英翻中非常常见 但是我想使用ppl who are not employed by xx company应该也可以
