维基百科说到
"In a hierarchical structure, a name is fully qualified when it is complete in the sense that
(a) it includes all names in the hierarchic sequence above the given element
&
(b) the name of the given element itself"
也就是说 在一个有阶级式的结构下当此物件的名成
(a)包含着其所属之所有pathway/class时
并同时包含了
(b)此物件的自己的名称
举例说明 windows 档案名
ex:
(a)收寻 C:\Android\platform-tools\adb.exe
(b)收寻adb.exe
此处 选项 (a) 即是借由 a fully qualified name 来收寻
而 选项 (b) 就只是 a program/file/object
