如何找到几百几千人然后限制他们一天只能吃/不吃什么食物、禁食时间

饥饿感不等于身体需要热量
你只要一直吃精致淀粉就会一直饿
胰岛素、饥饿、血糖那个科学已经证明了
所有使用的药基本也已经朝这方向在做
我已经举例子
只要喝酒基本上人就会想吃东西
书上的理论是导致发炎就会分泌饥饿素让人去找食物
如果吃炸物也是
不相信的自己拿身体做a/b test就知道了
我端午中午吃了两个粽子
还有一个甜汤跟闲汤
热量高于1000大卡
傍晚五点又饿了
但我不认为我身体需要这么多能量

答案就是吸收量不同造成的。糖类吃超过总代谢量就会经由胰岛素转成体脂屯积。而吃脂肪吃过量只会变成尿酮排出。不会变成体脂。这只就是生酮饮食强大的地方。当然因此肾脏负担也很大就是了。糖尿病患者不打胰岛素会暴瘦,就是因为葡萄糖都尿出来了。

糖尿病不打胰岛素会瘦是因为身体无法有效处理碳水化物,身体获得不到热量只好去燃烧体脂肪, 所以会变瘦. 葡萄糖随尿排出是身体无法利用糖的结果.
