目前的争议大概是 "touch" 这个字上。
这应该是文字意义的问题，很多人可能认为 touch 就是碰触，
Reyse 离开后，因为二垒跑者仍然碰在三垒上，所以又取得了所有权。

大家可以注意一下，几乎都有个 into。touch 这动作是指从没接触到接触。
所以，在 Reyse 离开后，二垒跑者并没有 "touch" 三垒去 "acquire" 权力。
其实从整句语意也可以判定。若 touch 指的是有碰触到，那规则写的，
不就代表他一直在 acquire 权力？规则订的是，在他 touches，就是碰到的瞬间，
他 acquires the right。中文翻 "进" 触，其实是翻得非常完美．
