小时候在国外念书，回台湾后的升学考试都凭语感居多，没认真学过文法，
现在想稳稳地来过一次，没想到一下就遇到问题了...

附图内的第八题，我选B，
但理由是 ...that the project's long-term effects 是复数，所以后面接have，
觉得 insist... that S (should) V 翻译起来很卡，
“环境学者主张那个计画对野生动物的长期影响‘应该要’尚未被充分研究。”
这本书前面有提到像insist这类的动词，
若没有“应该要...”的意思，后面就用ㄧ般时态，
eg. Are you suggesting that I'm a liar?
