因为最近想开始练习英文,就学着用英文写作菜杂记
不过本人的英文很烂.. = =就随便看看就好,重点是菜好不好吃!!

Step 1.
鸡肉切块 (一口大小)
洋葱一颗,蕃茄二大颗 (1cm左右细块)
把他们都混在一起,揉一下,等5分
乱写的英文 = ="
Cut your chicken. I mean the chicken you bought from anyway….XD
Chop up Onion & Tomato … about 1 cm
Mix them (chicken, onion & Tomato), wait for 5 min?
Step 2.
热锅,可倒油也可不倒
因为我没锅盖就倒油
将步骤1的食材全部倒入
用中小火,盖锅后,等6或7分钟
我没锅盖就等了10分
个人怕吃到不熟的..
Preheat the pan and put some oil
Put Step 1 into the pan.
If you have a lid, you can cover the pan and wait for 6 or 7 min
If you don’t have it, just like as me, wait for 10 min … or longer?
Just beware of the meat is well-done!
Step 3.
放入水煮大豆,塩,细黑胡椒,意大利parsley,最后再放入大颗的黑胡椒
Soybeans, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Black Pepper !
