这几年在台南问到哪边有好吃的火锅料理，一般回答大概除了市区的几家
老广式沙茶炉外，就属“是吉祥”最常听到了。这家位于南区新孝路人气
火锅店，隐身在两栋透天厝当中，除了位置不好找之外，每到了用餐时间
总是人满为患，常常要排队半小时以上才有机会吃得到。
不过站长依然秉持着不排队的原则，我们趁著是吉祥中午休息前的一个小
时抵达，用餐客人大约剩下八成，但还是要爬上二楼才有位置

随桌会送上一壶饮料，喝起来是加了蜂蜜调和的养生茶

是吉祥火锅的种类不多，只有八种口味，包含了一个素食锅，还有一些单
点的火锅配料。比较特别的是，菜单是采用右书的模式，第一次看到时相
当不习惯

的喜好来搭配

首先上桌的是“是吉祥红烧锅”NT. 200，汤头应该是柴鱼口味

蚵仔与蛤蜊，CP颇高的一盘食材

最后是附餐甜点，手工自制的黑糖粉粿。黑糖酱很浓郁，连不爱吃黑糖的
站长都觉得很棒，粉粿弹性与韧性都很好，吃完之后大家都纷纷询问有没
有外卖

结帐的时候看到柜台前面有写黑糖粉粿的价钱，柜台的阿姨看到站长在拍
