改成affecting的话，that所带领的名词子句不就没有动词了吗？谢谢

所以that到will reach当主词 所以里面要改成ing?

that 整个后面是It's likely 的子句。子句中的主词是 the cold weather 动词 will reach..... 分词构句 affecting形容 the weather
