这句话挑出来看，就只是 The only way was (for me...).
way后面接了一长串()里面的，又是一个修饰way的子句 any of us就只是一个主词
为了更清晰我们暂时换成we就好
We could be sure that {B}. 这又是一个完整的句子

Capital-C "Closure" 意思是“大写C的 Closure”
这种Closure指的是一种心情的收尾
举例来说，可能一对男女朋友渐渐感情淡了，就慢慢没联络。这时候可能有一方
就会觉得，没有一个Closure，双方没有讲清楚到底是不是算分手完了。他可能
就会跟对方连络说，我们讲清楚吧，好让我有个closure。
这段看起来他是在说，那些来关心他的人，与其说是真的来关心他，倒不如说
是想要给他们自己找一个答案，划下一个句点。
强调大写C Closure只是强调说他们来要求的是一个很大颗的句点。
