早餐: wholemeal toast + avocado + long black
午餐: chicken breast + green veggies + cucumber
Afternoon tea : long black + banana
晚餐: veggies + 2 kiwis + banana+ Apple+ tangelo + strawberry
运动: 1.5 hrs
喝水量: 1500cc
今天的心情: ok, I feel lazy to go to the gym today, but I still make it.
49.5 kg
