事实上要说日文本文和英文有巨大差异或是野村故意不传达赫尔四原则基本上那已经只
是为松冈的奇异行为来做解释的说法，首先赫尔四原则基本上与1941年美日谅解案其实
并没有衡突，而美方事实上也是表达愿意大部份接受此案，当然两方都保留修改的权利。
(这种条例自然不可能会有一方全盘接受另一方可以修改之谈法)
重点是这个基础是否已经有达到大幅度改善原本美日关系的可能！
当然日海陆军与近卫提出的接受当然不可能是马上接纳，而是赞成在这个基础上谈到好
。至于能多好，自然只是能解决中国事件为优先。
要知道罗斯福可以在大西洋宪章后进行雅尔达密约，威尔逊十四条在一战后也只当成
口号。就知道赫尔四条件是个大的题材和包装，但怎么解释它是要看事际上签订的内容
的。
而事实上，野村也不可能独断专行，故意蒙骗大本营，他还有岩畔豪雄在一旁看着，
另外近卫还有井川忠雄这个管道来确认双方的进度。
松冈反对的根本原因并非什么英文与日文原意差太多之说法，事实上野村英文也不可能比
松冈弱多少，而驻美大使馆的人员更不可能是英文白痴。
只能说其中故事，非常巧妙，要看松冈的回复才是重点。
