shall be considered as the prepayment for the Trading Line granted to the

这句的中文, 我和朋友有不同的看法, 不知那个才对
a. 7.1 xxx 把客户帐户内的基本资料和资产状况，视为 xxx 授权客户的
交易额度的预付保证金。
b. 7.1 xxx 授权给客户交易额度的预付保证金，端视客户帐户的基本资料及
资产状况而定。
还是我们二人都不对, 会有第三种译法?
