最近有幸获得台积电南科厂的面试，已完成面试和考试，且下周要再与人资面谈， 想请
问南科18厂MITD的评价如何呢？
另外面试主管告知大约工时是8：30 - 19：30，不会超过20：00，周六需要轮流轮班半天
，偶尔轮接oncall手机，半夜接到电话时需要处理，想请问实际被叫回公司的频率高吗？

已有工作经验6年(台厂4年+外商2年)，谈到32职等的机率高吗？
