早在去年 2016 年，Uber 和 Facebook Messenger 整合使其透过通讯
平台有更广更方便的运用。
Uber 的开发者体验主管 Chris Messina 当时也说到：
2016 Will be the year of conversational commerce.
这句话背后所阐述的不只是一个事实，更是多家大型公司及现今的趋势。
然而，大多数人提到对话式商务时讲的是“机器人”、“销售”等关键字，
但对我们而言，对话式商务的意义远远不止如此。品牌、企业或个人透过
聊天讯息、对话等与另一方互动，完成某件商业行为，就是对话式商务的范畴。
对话式商务涵盖了行销、广告、品牌形象建立、客户服务…各式各样的服务，
