Shipping/Receiving Clerk(APOP158)
Job Duties:
1. Shipment Management
2. Daily shipping documents preparation.
3. Customs issues follow-up (e.g. import & export Customs declaration collect
& reporting )
4.Communicate with worldwide customer about the shipment delivery Coordinate
with 3rd Party logistic center.
Job experience required:
1. Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Experience with import/export is a beneficial.
4. Ability to properly handle confidential information and records.
5. Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential
problems or discrepancies
6. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
面试重点：
没有年终，没有三节，台风天仍要上班
三，六，九，十二为出货大月，要求当月的最后一周的星期六来加班
忙的时候会加班到凌晨，下班时间不定
中午休息吃饭时间不定，因为超忙
虽然招募职称是Shipping，除了船务打单连络货运的工作外，但还要负责下列事项：
1.刷条码(刷完才能下班)
2.要搬货包装
3.烧机
4.IQC
5.收货款
6.多益要求700-800，因为要联络国外客户，要接国外客人的电话。
所以根本是包装作业员加业助加船务的超级杂工。
面试时说有加班费，但我想要拿得到也是困难重重吧。
面试的大姐说到职后要先到产线实习并在一个半月完成以上训练
才可前往Shipping的位置。
(不懂产线工作的表现和Shipping职能有何关连？？)。还
不断强调薪水比作业员高。
因为没有年终没有三节，所以年薪开520,000，不过感觉对方的预算低于这个价。
工作地点是在桃园龟山工业区深处的一个大楼，很难想像凌晨下班会是什么感觉。
离开的时候在布告栏看到注重健康和搬货知识的宣导，看来过劳的人应该不少吧。
问说为什么会开此职缺，对方说上一位人员因为做不来所以离职了。
