Duties and Responsibilities
‧Facility and production line Layout Design.
‧Manpower and equipment simulation.
‧Libe Setup Plan
‧Develop, Training and maintain SOP
‧Trouble shooting for WIP and UPH.
‧Conduct Time study to help increase production line with quality output
‧Provide cycle time for each station to help securing maximum output
‧Conduct exam paper for skill qualification
‧Evaluate process change request from other department before release
‧Provide SOP service for departments
‧Execute quality control processes to resolve problems in production
cost-effectively
‧Develop full plan for new process implementation - Manpower, Equipment,
machine, space
‧Develop and revise SOP for new process before NPI, considering process,
quality and timing
‧Plan for any line change or process change
‧Support new hire training and off-line training
‧Support PD/QA for finding root cause to reduce Failure in our process
Additional Requirement
‧Detailed oriented, able to concentrate on the work assigned
‧Able to use computer peripherals required to complete testing operations
‧Excellent listening, oral communication skills
‧Having ability to communicate and support other department.
‧Need to have sufficient knowledge of the process on the line
‧Require knowledge for MS Office, AutoCAD, My SQL.
