[心得] 楚哥回来了--三本健身书推荐(健身点爆炸!!)

楚哥回来了 yo 谁都别想逃 man
一个一个躲起来的 bitch
即将被我用健身点炸弹炸爆 Boom!
以下丢出3本健身相关的书籍 皆是英文 看不懂英文的 哭哭
然后我会附上Amazon 1星评论(没错 也就是烂评)以及楚式翻译+短评
觉得文章太长不敢看的就跟不敢用大重量的娘泡一样
可以洗洗睡了
1.
书名:Bigger Leaner Stronger_ The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Male Body
中文(林北翻译):又快又干又强壮!成为终极男体的简单科学
一星烂评(节录):I must be honest. After reading what he has to say about calories,
I threw the book in the garbage. I know, it's not nice. My reasoning was that he is as
incompetent with everything else in the book as he is with calories, reading
the rest of the book would be a terrible waste of my time.
Calorie counting is absurd and completely outdated. Why? Because, simply, all
calories are not the same!
楚式翻译:
老实讲在看到关于卡路里的观念后,就知道是本破书。从卡路里的观念,
就知道继续读是浪费时间。因为尽管卡路里相同,但本质完全不是同一件事!
楚哥点评:
下面他说到垃圾食物跟健康食物给身体的回馈不同等等,我认为这是种错置。
说到减肥始终还是看卡路里。
我同意不同食物的本质不一样,然而那又怎样?

书名:Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding_ The Complete A-Z Book on Muscle Building
中文:《健美百科:增肌完全指南》
一星烂评:Not meaning to offend anyone or sound ignorant, but if you are NOT
a homosexual male then you have no use for this book. If you were ever curious about gay
pornography, then buy it. If you don't care much about the world of
bodybuilding or competition and want an effective workout guide, then avoid
this book like the plauge.
楚式翻译:
我无意冒犯谁,也没有要摆态。但不是homo(同性恋)的就不需要买。
如果你对男体很有兴趣,买就对了。如果你对健美竞赛不太在乎,只想要有效的健身
方法,把这本书当瘟疫避开就是了。
楚哥点评:
gay跟bodybuilder的交集很多,这国外网红拍过影片,就不多说了。

书名:Strength Training Anatomy
中文:力量训练解剖学
一星烂评:Page 41, "Bent Over Lateral Raise" is Dangerous to do. This exercise is
extremely stressful on your shoulder cartilage (the labrum). The front part of
the labrum doesn't support the ball of your shoulder under load well. The first
time I did this exercise I tore some of the cartilage (labrum) off the bone (
Scapula) in my 3rd set of 20 repetitions using the same amount of weight that I
performed the “Lateral Dumbbell Raise” (page 42) and “Alternate Front Arm
Raise” (page 44). I had gone to the gym consistently for 10 years prior to
reading this book and never had a single problem or injury before performing
the “Bent Over Lateral Raise.” (I have records to show my gym membership and
usage). My suggestion is ONLY TRUST information that is published by a Medical
Doctor (MD) in exercise technique. When I talked to my surgeon, I showed them
the book, and the Surgeon found other exercises that were known to be high risk
of injury and or cause issues after long term application. I am super upset
about this, my arm has never been the same since this injury.

请不要相信任何健身资讯,除非是经手运动领域的专业医生。
我把这本书给医生看,他甚至还有告诉我其他危险动作在其中。
林北不爽了,被这个伤搞到手臂永远无法复原。
楚哥点评:好可怕,好险我都没那么认真跟著书本做。
除了健身以外多看书也很重要,肌肉练不大没关系,反正有ig打卡有帅到9好。
自从该死的三级以后根本懒得关注任何跟健身有关的东西,
有哑铃也懒得举,健身影片跟书都懒得看。
阿你活在墙里面一直看着外面世界的天空有屁用喔??
好险楚哥复活了,又可以来健身版把健身点炸弹炸爆。
