规则是互惠
然而在严重供不应求的交易平台上,他们的需求优先
也就是要先搞清楚他们要什么
跟你能提供什么
然后再谈你要什么
擒贼先擒王,鱼要钓大的
需要几样东西
一是强大权力资源,及资源的动员力,来协助他们永续
二是一种思想,跟强大的证据来证明你的思想能够被资本化
三是你身上能帮他们提升价值的各种东西
a. 学术价值:gmat, TOEFL, 校名, GPA, 学位、执照、国际期刊论文、专利、著作、证照,以及量化与做梦能力等
b. 领导力:公司名、决策主脑地位、市场领导经验、学生时代领导经验、公益活动、创新能力、道德与人性、推荐人与投资人
c. 个人特色:文化多元性、改变世界的能力,或至少看起来,也就是能让他们放在网页上的东西
d. 就业力:能在毕业三个月内取得高薪工作的证明
最后是要把上述的各种软硬条件,用具高度魅力的方式一以贯之
而这种魅力叫做Who you are:
-找出动机与个性的独特性
-发展核心思想
-定义生涯目标
前文生涯三驱力有说明
定义出目标后,才轮到我们要什么
-实习与就业,乃至生涯计画
-Gap analysis,也就是所欠技能与对应课程
-然后定位学校
-同时执行升转职计画
因为鸡蛋别放同个笼子,而计画是靠自己实现,学校帮助有限
依据上述逻辑,楼主缺的几样东西是:
*金主与动员力
*校名已固定,但公司名跟抬头还有空间,
*gpa可以靠拿课补救,不然要解释
*gmat与托福高分,要很高
*深度自我了解,包含动机与性格,以发展出深远思想,并以此定义明确目标。
目前有企图心与动机,但动机来自外在环境,目标尚未明确,导致生涯发散现象,且影响市场还不够大。
要有强大的领导力证明有能力突破环境限制,并以一种思想贯串。
要在申请前就串起来,不然学校也爱莫能助。
*公益活动
*国际经验
*推荐人
*领导心态,要顶天立地那种
*突破商学院的心态,就算没有MBA也能实现你的思想与目标,这样他们才会因为欣赏而录取
这样应该很够了~
