小弟目前工作进入第五年
两年内想要读MBA
先目前经历摘要:
学校:国立阳明大学医学系
GPA 很惨烈 2.xx
进实验室基础研究1年,发表SCI论文
工作:住院医师3年,诊所1年,
负责诊所日常所有大小事:副校长兼撞钟(看诊)
最主要的经历都不在传统轨道上
主要有
1.SBIR SIIR经济部计画
两个政府补助的企业研发案,医疗资讯系统,分别获得60万和400万的补助
2.初创企业投资和募资
最主要是一家新创电池公司,目前是软银的策略投资
3.2009年大学毕业拿2008年做空的钱,做过投资客...,2011年出场赚了一些
想进美国商学院的理由:
1.在创业、VC这两个领域,台湾的环境对“非电子”业很不友善。生医台湾目前看到
的状况,在公开场合还是不予评论..,健保也是一个凶手

Used data visualization to improve patients’ comprehension

■ Oversaw a pharmacy and a contracted medical laboratory;
analyzed and planed the operations of the Clinic
Led two pharmacists to reduce errors during medication
dispensing.
Renegotiated the prices of prescription drugs and contract
medical laboratory services. Reduced the cost by 33%.
Boosted overall revenue and profit by 10% compared with an
averaged 7% revenue decline among nation-wide clinics. Annual
integrated health screens increased by 34%.

Designed a bedside IT system integrated smart phones,
set-top boxes, and patient engagement apps to replace the existing
bedside computers at 75% less cost. (Taiwan patent number
M484735: An information system that automatically pushes patient
education contents and prevents the leakage of patients’ privacy)
■ Earned USD 120,000 grants from Ministry of Economic Affairs
to develop to an outsourcing service for clinics to track,

■ Co-developed the first Taiwanese ward-rounding iPad app

如果有上YC的创业课应该会知道MBA可能不是创业最佳解
