compromised, and there is risk of physical harm to the victim.

由于外文程度不是很好，先大概看了修正草案还有英国跟瑞士的新闻依照外国目前的实务，就是只要做出违反于性行为前所约定的行为（ex偷脱保险套、故意体内射精告知后不给反应时间）就可以算在强暴的法律定义里面？大概知道了，解决了很多疑惑，非常感谢！

说是才算是，这种老梗了。问题是“一般女人”的日常行为里面，就是有一堆不照这种规则办理。通过这种法条当然有机会让法官审判更简洁有力，但是这种立法意旨就是不顾当事人真意去硬干。又是定在刑法。就算真能通过，日后预期会引发一大堆争议。古时候也一群权势者规定新的一年起于一月一日，大家要过新年的话要过这个法定新年，结果呢?

大概看了一下，观念清楚很多，谢谢推荐文章所以主要观点就是要在法律上，保护“被欺诈而同意性交、承担性行为后产生的重大风险（ex怀孕、性病）之受害人的性自主权”吧？国外类似的案例居然这么多，个人满讶异的
