2016年初时台南市中西区开山路上，延平郡王祠的对面挂起了大型的
Hello Kitty的巨型看板与Coming soon的预告，
相信大家经过的时都被这穿着中式服装的可爱Kitty给吸引住了吧！
这家业者与台湾三丽鸥联手打造的台湾茶主题餐厅“HELLO KITTY 呷茶 Chat Day”，
在6/19顺利开幕了，乐活美食团也从善如流，在开幕当周的星期二就出团，
帮广大有兴趣的网友们来一探究竟

Hello Kitty是全球知名的卡通人物之一，在全球拥有超多粉丝，
主题餐厅也一家家开，光是先前就有Kitty日式涮涮锅、甜点咖啡厅和饮料店。
而这次，业者更以中式泡茶文化与Kitty做结合，试图推广泡茶、饮茶的意味相当浓厚

从外观上小地方就可以看出业者相当用心，
像是KITTY的招牌蝴蝶也加入了茶叶的造型

开幕的第一周没有订位的模式，所以想上门光顾的客人都得现场预约。
但预约完后不需要在现场等待，服务人员会给一个QR CODE，
想知道排队的状态就直接开始QR CODE方能知晓

门口设了一个小牌子，上面写了供餐时间的限制，但仅限餐点，
如果单纯喝茶则是全天候供应。另外，有写着当天冷泡茶已经卖完了，
这关系到后面的一个小插曲...

水信饼 NT. 50，利用白凉粉制作的日本的当红小点心，随餐附了黄豆粉，
吃起来的口感比蒟蒻再水一些，又比果冻再软一点，相当特别
