想问一个满蠢的问题...
当在讲述过去的故事但子句要描述”持续到现在一直不变的事物“
例如
He wished to return to the industry that "requires" lots of effort.
He longed for rejoining the association that "stipulates" continuous studying.
Ancient people already knew that sun "keeps" rising everyday.
这边引号里的用法 是对的吗？还是应该改成过去式？

用现在简单式是因为那是恒常不便的通常情况

文法上没有错，但是一般建议是尽量避免混搭时式，统一使用过去式比较干净。然后这个“恒常不变”其实标准挺高的，最好用自然定律的规格去检视。原po举的前两个例子我觉得还有点不够格。
