最近阅读文章时发现同样有使用concern的句子里面，一句有with另一句则无，如下：
1.
Our biggest concern is with the up-front cost.
2.
My main concern is how to enhance our company’s profit.
在同样是把concern当名词使用的情况下，为何第二句不用加with呢？
还是第二句其实有误？
