问题是选项(A)
目前网络上我能找到的所有解释，都只说选项(A)的 which 修饰了 $950M
因为修饰错对象(正确应为“并购”这件事而非“$950M”)，所以不正确。
但“逗点 + which”这种非限定用法，不也可以吗？
此时的 which 不再修饰“最靠近”的名词 $950M，而是前面的整个子句
那么这样看的话，选项(A)错在哪里？
