看到前面有人问到“小红帽”，顺手查了一下辞典，想请教这句话的文法
"All the better to eat you with"
(“with”受词应该是前文的“what big teeth you have”的“teeth”)
可否帮忙解释一下这句的文法，有没有省略或倒装之类的？
另外，如果不写“with”可以吗？

All (teeth are) the better to eat you with.or (The teeth are) all the better to eat you with.
