小弟常常在自学英文的时候
会遇到一些我不知道为什么会这样翻译的句子
例如这句:
Where possible the produce used in our restaurant is sourced locally.
Google的翻译是说"如果可能的话在我们的餐厅使用的食材均来自当地"
但我就会有点不明白为什么会放 Where 在开头
有想过是不是因为利用关系代名词
虽然这样想，却还是不知道该怎么解析这个句子
所以想说不知道有没有网站或是论坛是可以讨论分析句子的

这句顺序很不合中文直觉，但是应该是合文法的，只是我也不喜欢这种写法…我会写成 Our restaurant uses local stuff as much as possible. 之类的，不过感觉超不文青的…或 The food we provide is produced with local stuff as... 这样

当地食材不等同于local stuff阿

where possible 的 where 应该不是指实体的地点而是可能的情形下然后不要拆开理解，where possible 是惯用的 collocation

when possible比较常见对了，如果用在句首不用加逗点吗？
