过去有一个口诀
只要后面的单子是 AEIOU开头的,前面的the就要发 [ði]
否则就要发 [ðə]的音
但是以下的例子却让我搞不懂了

“On the one hand, we have supermarkets that throw away kilos of unsold food
every day.”
上面的“on the one hand”, one的开头符合AEIOU,但美国人发的是[ðə]的音也,
但看一下另一段句子
[On the other, faced with this absurdity, we have millions of poor people in
France.”
上面的“On the other”,other符合AEIOU,美国人也把他发成[ði]的音
