You need to prepare these ingredients:
-Two eggs
-One scallion (chopped and separated into white segments and green segments)
-Five plums
-Rice left overnight, has to be cold
1. Scramble the eggs and set it aside in a bowl
2. Fry the white scallion in your pan
3. Put the rice into the pan
4. Add the scrambled eggs in
5. Season with some salt and add in the plums
6. Garnish the rice with the green scallion

这篇好多了。不过,我不知道是不是有哪个地区比较常讲scallion,但是在北美,青葱在超市都是写green onion。红葱头的话倒是写red scallion。我觉得在第二步应该要加上油的指示,写 Heat some oil in the pan. Fry the white part ofgreen onions untill tender but avoid browning.第三步也是加了然后呢?应该要加上Sautee the rice untilthe grains are loose. 或 untill the grains don't sticktogether. 第四部加完也应该要再翻炒一下吧。还有一个问题是你的梅子是什么样的梅子?是新鲜的?是干货的?是有糖粉的?这是我就一个以煮饭的人的立场有的疑问...整棵梅的话不用先切就整个进去吗?而且第五步加了梅子以后感觉就起锅了,梅子有被煮到吗?

梅子要用的是梅干,最后加入梅干后,我只要翻炒一下就好了如果我要用的是整颗的梅子Take out the seeds of the plums and cut the pulpof the plums into small这样用法可以吗?

梅干的话写dried plum。整颗的梅子写fresh plum,pitted anddiced. (or cut into cubes) 你是认真要写食谱的话建议你多看看正式的食谱写法,看一下每一个步骤的过程怎么写比较好。甚至你好奇梅子通常怎么处理,可以搜寻梅子相关的食谱看一下 http://www.foodnetwork.com/topics/plum.html东西不同切法都有固定讲法,最好先搞清楚http://goo.gl/wXUsj6还有饭量是多少呢?完全不懂的人也不会知道你这是要配一杯米还是一锅米呀... 你最好一此从头到尾好好想过一次你的步骤,逻辑完善了再来把英文写好。顺带一提,中间是一大颗子这类型的水果叫stone fruit,中间的子不会直接称seed,而是pit,去掉这种籽,像使用樱桃常常做的动作叫做to pit,工具叫pitter http://goo.gl/9pqiwvhttps://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stone_fruit
