Plum Fried Rice
You need to prepare these ingredients
two eggs,one scallion, five plums, over cooked-rice(隔夜饭)→it has to be cold
1.Make the scrambled egg and dish it in the bowl
2.Dry white scallion
3.Put the rice in the pot
4.Put the scrambled egg in the pot
5.Flavor some salt and put plums in the pot
6.Drop some green scallion to decorate the fried rice
7.finish

你执著翻"隔夜饭"的目的是什么? 你这食谱是给谁看的？比如对象是美国人，那么rice只是个side dish(角色就像是一盘菜，可以单独吃)，且一般不会只煮白米，会加料(因为光吃"白米"没味道，无法下咽)。就算你的"煮好的白米要(至少)摆放一整夜(约八个小时以上)"确实正确翻译好了，那么美国人只能以“字面意思”理解，换句话说-->"啥？为了做这炒饭，我得预先一天煮好白米饭，“不去吃它”，然后隔天才能煮炒饭？？" 另外就是米饭真的摆了一夜/隔天用，这米饭当然是"cold"，这时候另外强调"... has to becold"根本多余(难道摆了一夜/一天的米饭(一般也是放冰箱)会突然自己发热 / 仍然是温热的?)如果你的目的是为了要写的和英语母语的人一样(他们读起来会觉得自然/通顺)，那么Google(下行直接copy&paste)recipe "fried rice"很多英文母语的人写的食谱，你可以"抄"你要的部份不是给母语的人看的话，那么随意

用 leftover rice 就行 虽然字义不是隔夜啦但相对于 freshly cooked rice 是 okay的 尤其许多吃Chinese takeout的饭是分开装 常会有剩下
