小的开始学文法，用学过的基础文法来解，似乎是这样：the degree to which (X)，to which 是高中学过的概念which代表(X:形容词子句)，所以是 (X) to the degree...所以整句的概念是(欲测量的)企业与模范企业之间的等级差异后面一大串臭长的说明只是在解释典范企业的细节不知道我这样的理解方式正确吗？
