福音：玛五27-32
那时，耶稣对门徒说：
“你们一向听说过：‘不可奸淫！’
我却对你们说：凡注视妇女，有意贪恋她的，他已在心里奸淫了她。
若是你的右眼使你跌倒，剜出它来，从你身上扔掉，
因为丧失你一个肢体，比你全身投入地狱里，为你更好；
若你的右手使你跌倒，砍下它来，从你身上扔掉，
因为丧失你一个肢体，比你全身投入地狱里，为你更好。
又说过‘谁若休妻，就该给她休书。’
我却对你们说：除了姘居外，凡休自己的妻子的，便是叫她受奸污；
并且谁若娶被休的妇人，就是犯奸淫。”
反省
情欲是来自肉身的一种动能，引发人向善或向恶的一种内在驱力。
耶稣清楚的指示人的情欲应当由灵魂来掌管，甚至不惜到舍弃肉身的地步。
灵魂有理智与意志，他提供人性一个回归天主的方向与决心，
而情欲则是给予动力的油门。
本来是缺一不可的，但为了灵魂的得救，有时放弃肉身的掌控权是必须的。
只有节制的处理情欲的收发的灵魂，才能将自己奉献给天主。
否则他将会是肉身的奴隶。

Gospel MT 5:27-32
Jesus said to his disciples:
“You have heard that it was said, You shall not commit adultery.
But I say to you,
everyone who looks at a woman with lust
has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
If your right eye causes you to sin,
tear it out and throw it away.
It is better for you to lose one of your members
than to have your whole body thrown into Gehenna.
And if your right hand causes you to sin,
cut it off and throw it away.
It is better for you to lose one of your members
than to have your whole body go into Gehenna.
“It was also said,
Whoever divorces his wife must give her a bill of divorce.
But I say to you,
whoever divorces his wife (unless the marriage is unlawful)
causes her to commit adultery,
and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.”
