你们放心，我已经战胜了世界
福音：若十六29-33
那时，门徒们对耶稣说：
“看，现在你明明地讲论，不用什么比喻了。
现在，我们晓得你 知道一切，不需要有人问你；
因此，我们相信你 是出自天主。”
耶稣回答说：
“现在你们相信吗？
看，时辰要来，且己来到，你们要被驱散，
各人归各人的地方去，撇下我独自一个，
其实我不是独自一个，因为有父与我同在。
我给你们讲了这一切，是要你们在我内得到平安。
在世界上你们要受苦难；然而你们放心，我已战胜了世界。”
反省
我们常常自以为对耶稣有足够的认识，在信仰上便不再学习和成长。
耶稣问：“你们现在信吗？”仍然让我们反思。
当遇到诱惑和困境时，很多人轻易地以为耶稣的道理不够用，
没办法应付目前的问题，因而放弃信仰，与耶稣一拍两散，各走各路。
不过，耶稣已战胜了世界，人若要分享这份胜利，必须相信祂。
耶稣也鼓励我们接受祂的胜利与平安，保持盼望，
“望德不叫人蒙羞”（罗5:5），鼓起勇气奋斗。
那么，我们如何凭著信德，在生活的挑战中经验耶稣的胜利呢？

Gospel JN 16:29-33
The disciples said to Jesus,
“Now you are talking plainly, and not in any figure of speech.
Now we realize that you know everything
and that you do not need to have anyone question you.
Because of this we believe that you came from God.”
Jesus answered them,
“Do you believe now?
Behold, the hour is coming and has arrived
when each of you will be scattered to his own home
and you will leave me alone.
But I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
I have told you this so that you might have peace in me.
In the world you will have trouble,
but take courage, I have conquered the world.”
