路 1:39-56
那时，玛利亚动身赶往山区，来到犹太的一座城，
进了匝加利亚的家，即刻问候依撒伯尔。
依撒伯尔一听到玛利亚的问候，腹中的胎儿就跳跃起来，
依撒伯尔就充满了圣神，大声高呼说：
“在女人中，你是最有福的！你怀的胎儿也是有福的！
我主的母亲来探望我，我怎会如此荣幸？
看，你问候的声音一入我耳，我腹中的胎儿就欢欣跃动！
你真有福啊！因为你信了上主对你所说的话必会实现！”
玛利亚便说：
“我的灵魂歌颂上主的伟大，我的心神因天主、我的救主而欢欣！
因为祂垂顾了祂婢女的卑微，今后人们要永远称我有福。
全能者为我作了大事，祂的名字是圣的！
祂的仁慈世世代代赐予敬畏祂的人。
祂伸手施展大能，把心高气傲者驱散。
祂从王座上推下权贵，却高举卑微的人。
祂以美物饱飨饥饿的人，而使富人空手而去。
祂扶持自己的仆人以色列，因为祂记念自己的仁慈，
永远信守祂与我们的祖先、亚巴郎和他子孙的许诺。”
玛利亚陪依撒伯尔住了大约三个月，然后回家去了。
反省
玛利亚从天使口中得知表姐怀孕了，便去拜访她。
玛利亚很难向若瑟解释因圣神怀孕的事，
而依撒伯尔与哑巴丈夫也不能用说话来沟通，
两个孕妇都知道天主赐予的独特奇蹟，
她们的相遇就并发神奇的喜乐，
彼此分享天主在她们身上所成就的事，
借此更了解天主的计划。
在灵修的路上，我们也需要找到适合的同行者，
分享与天主的经验，指导我们如何寻找并分辨天主的旨意。
灵修辅导为信仰成长是需要的，
不妨与你信任的神父或修女，谈谈你与天主相遇经验。

Gospel (NAB)
Mary set out
and traveled to the hill country in haste
to a town of Judah,
where she entered the house of Zechariah
and greeted Elizabeth.
When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting,
the infant leaped in her womb,
and Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit,
cried out in a loud voice and said,
“Most blessed are you among women,
and blessed is the fruit of your womb.
And how does this happen to me,
that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears,
the infant in my womb leaped for joy.
Blessed are you who believed
that what was spoken to you by the Lord
would be fulfilled.”
And Mary said:
“My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord;
my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant.
From this day all generations will call me blessed:
the Almighty has done great things for me,
and holy is his Name.
He has mercy on those who fear him
in every generation.
He has shown the strength of his arm,
he has scattered the proud in their conceit.
He has cast down the mighty from their thrones,
and has lifted up the lowly.
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent away empty.
He has come to the help of his servant Israel
for he has remembered his promise of mercy,
the promise he made to our fathers,
to Abraham and his children for ever.”
Mary remained with her about three months
and then returned to her home.
