想请问(1)amount就我所知是用在不可数名词，
可是却在某所高中考卷看到the amounts of ingredients
请问这种写法对吗??

the more fresh air you breath
为何不能写成 the more you breath fresh air

(1), 你说的是比较传统型的用法，但现在amount也可以接上可数名词或是集合名词了。（2）the more为比较级形容词修饰fresh air，如果如你发文所示，the more就会是副词比较级修饰breathe这个动作了。
