Security number, the Social Security Administration requires evidence that yo
u are eligible to work in the U.S., that you are a full-time student, and that
you have received a formal offer of on-campus employment, or have been author
ized for off-campus employment through Curricular Practical Training, Optional
Practical Training, or Academic Training."
我想请问一下我是不是有理解错误，只要申请了OPT后，就算没有offer 也就可以直接去
申请SSN吗？因为特殊原因需要用到SSN所以在此一问，求有经验的帮小鲁解惑，谢谢。
