这是因为比方你某个可 study 的技能 999 了，而你再 study 一次
时它可以到 1000，但这时你因为做了其它事导致技能达到 1000 以
上，则如果没做控管，study 完毕的熟练度或技能值，将加上你已达
1000 后的技能值，变成并非是原先 999 加上熟练度后的结果。
考量下认为带“study 时的技能值”给 study 后的函数做判断，会
比较保险。
