在日常会话里，on the fly 的确意思是“随手做”；
但用在电脑资讯上，就跟随手不随手毫无关系，而是变成跟 Just in time 很类似，
也就是说没有预先准备，随到随做，随接随做，随需随做的意思。
例如很久以前电脑游戏的 3D 过场动画通常是 "pre-rendered"，
先用强力的电脑算好输出成一般的动画档，再让游戏直接播放。
但现在流行 "realtime"，我们也说这些过场动画是 "generated on the fly"。
Cut-scenes used to be pre-rendered, because computers back in the
old days simply weren't powerful enough; nowadays, however, most
cut-scenes are generated on the fly, and they're getting more and
more realistic by the day.
Canvas 标签的用途只是宣告一块画布给你，实际要画东西，
都还是要靠 JavaScript 去画，而 JavaScript 产生的输出，
不论是画在 Canvas 上的图形，还是 alert("Hello World")，
都是“即时”执行产生出来的。
