建议一: 我会建议他忠于脚踏车，因为骑脚踏车是最环保的交通方式。
I would suggest him stick to his bicycle because cycling is the most environmentally friendly method of transport.
建议二: 另一个建议则是他不应该兼职打工。
Another suggestion is that he shouldn't take a part-time job.
高分范例：

I agree with the plan.

One reason is that offering people in the local community free education helps encourage lifelong learning.
理由二: 虽然有些人可能会认为那些免费上课的人也应该得到分数或评语，我认为这会对教职员造成很大负担。
Although some people may think that those who take courses for free should also get grades or feedback, I think this would place a large burden on university faculties.
高分范例：
我同意这个计画。一个理由是提供地方人士免费教育促进终生学习。这能让老人尽可能保
