有没有你们处理过一种客诉

以完美收场的
记得我之前在国外饭店服务
一位马来西亚的客人用粗话
骂我们的服务生fuck you
只因为服务生跟他说这项东西我们没有
后来我们经理就出来跟他说sorry
我们真的没有这项东西
然后跟他说
We are here in hospitality to serve our valued
guest,like you. However, we are all human beings and we
dont want to be treated by vuglar language.
if we fail to satisfy your needs,just let our management
know and we will try our best to help you.
