原本在 HB 有订月包+买周包送的余额
因为 steam 台区订价比较便宜，所以找不到好机会使用。
刚好 HB 寄广告信余额达 USD $30 可以买 Fallout 76
但只有普通版，没有 300 周年版。
因为我的硬盘容量不足加上 beta 会影响上班时间
在正式发行之后的假日才试着安装，
接着是： 第四天才有回信，进行退费。
退费的原价跟特价的 300 周年版差不多，算是有好结果。
