Starting on March 1, 2023, we are making two changes to our data usage and
retention policies:
自 2023 年 3 月 1 日起，我们将对数据使用和保留政策进行两项更改：
OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or
improve our models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with us
for this purpose. You can opt-in to share data.
OpenAI 不会使用客户通过我们的 API 提交的数据来训练或改进我们的模型，除非您明确
决定为此目的与我们共享您的数据。您可以选择共享数据。
Any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring
purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless
otherwise required by law).
通过 API 发送的任何数据将被保留最多 30 天，用于滥用和误用监控目的，之后将被删
除（除非法律另有要求）。
所以，如果要使用语言模型时，建议利用api来取得openai的服务，这就需要花些
些许费用。
另外，如果特别担心资料保密问题，也可以考虑使用微软的Azure OpenAI 服务。
但目前，应该只有企业用户能使用。
