The geometric curvature of the lumbar spine during restricted and
unrestricted squats.
腰椎在受限或非受限的深蹲时,腰椎的几何曲线
RESULTS:
The lumbar presents a flexion from upright neutral posture to deepest point
of the movement, but for the lower lumbar the flexion is less intense if the
knees travel anteriorly past the toes. The trunk and the lumbosacral region
lean forward in both squat techniques and these effects are also reduced in
unrestricted squats.
腰椎在深蹲最低点的时候是位于在屈曲这个位子的,
但是深蹲不受限(膝盖超过脚尖)你的腰椎屈曲的程度会越少
CONCLUSIONS:
The data collected in the study are evidence that during barbell squats the
lumbar curvature has different patterns at different spinal levels depending
on the exercise technique. The lower lumbar spine appears to be less
overloaded during unrestricted squats.

当深蹲不超过脚尖时,虽然减轻膝关节压力,但是髋关节的压力会增加1000倍
