山头火是来自日本北海道旭川市的品牌，到台湾拓点有一段时间了，
最早只有在台北营业，后来到台中大远百开了分店，
而2016年6/27台南大远百也跟进，成为了第一间台湾南部的每外分店。
第一次看到店外招牌的人可能会唸成火头山、甚至火山头，
但正确的店名真的是山头火喔！
开幕前几天时人潮不少，还要排队领号码才能用餐，
所以当天乐活团就采用直接到现场的模式等候，没想到... 人并没想像中的多...

等了一小段时间后，店员出来给予菜单并请候位的客人先点餐，
点完餐后才会带位入座

本来以为连锁店都会有菜单放在官网或FB之类的地方，就没有拍摄点菜本了...
结果，官网和粉丝页都没有菜单，所以这次就没有菜单给各位参考啦。
不过，Google一下应该可以看到其他人照的菜单，
而本文中的餐点还是一样会标上价格。
辣味噌猪颊肉（小）NT. 340，猪颊肉与拉面是分开的状态，
面量有小、中、大三种选择，当然价格也比较贵

面的硬度固定，汤头辣度中等，咸度也偏高

猪颊肉在台湾俗称菊花肉、嘴边肉，吃起来是软嫩的口感，不过味道上不明显

盐味猪颊肉拉面（大）NT. 360，跟辣味噌猪颊肉拉面差不多的餐点，
但比辣味噌便宜10元，从帐单上看来辣味是额外+10元的模式。
虽然是盐味，但汤头意外清淡....

味噌拉面（中）NT. 220，放了笋干、叉烧、木耳、
葱花以及鱼板的典型拉面，汤头也偏咸

海鲜迷你饭组合 NT. 170，据说是台南大远百店的特别餐，
同桌的团员觉得很有趣就点来试试。基本上是由鲑鱼生鱼片、
鲑鱼卵与蟹肉棒组合的饭类餐点，而且真的很迷你，当成正餐的话，
可能只适合幼幼班的小朋友

墨鱼饭 NT. 160，将卤过的墨鱼肚中塞入米饭，看起来相当美味的餐点

不过，饭的部分像味道不重的油饭，吃起来不怎搭
