银汤匙泰式火锅是晶汤匙泰式主题餐厅的一个分支，标榜全台第一家吃到
饱的泰式火锅料理，而台南店也在去年底时与新光三越小西门同步开幕。
店内的配色以金黄色系为主，拥有半包厢式的用餐空间，中间以流苏造型
的帘子隔开

入座后每人会附上餐具以及泰式沾酱：腐乳酱与青酱

汁与泰式奶茶，都是比较偏甜的饮料

参观完了饮料区后，我们的火锅也上桌了，而今天点的是泰式柠檬香茅与
青酱咖哩锅。香茅锅的味道很不重，只有淡淡的柠檬香味，而青酱咖哩的
味道很浓郁，除了咖哩味外，还有椰浆的香味

组合餐中我们点的醉仙腰果鸡，吃不出来醉在哪里，只觉得蕃茄酱的味道
很重

第二道是香茅柠檬鱼，使用整只的鲈鱼下去制作，带点酸味的酱汁与鲜嫩
的鱼肉十分搭配

火锅料与蔬菜的部份会有专人推车过来，模式与北沢寿喜烧有些雷同，不
